Vision, Mission, and Values

Vision

The school aspires to establish a strong and self-sustaining missionary community in northern Argentina, dedicated to the training and mobilization of new generations of disciples for both local and global missions.

At the school, training goes beyond the mere transmission of information and seeks the holistic transformation of the student. We envision an intensive and multicultural formative community, where between 10 and 20 students per cohort—prioritizing local participants while integrating international students—live together in an environment of deep discipleship, fostering simultaneous growth in relational, spiritual, and practical dimensions.

Our purpose is realized through the balanced development of three fundamental dimensions:

1. Spiritual and Relational Formation with God
We seek for each student to cultivate a personal and genuine relationship with God, grounded in fellowship, intimacy, and the knowledge of His character. “Being” precedes “doing”; therefore, community life and shared living strengthen Christian character and spiritual maturity.

2. Theoretical Training and Foundations in Missions
We provide a solid foundation of knowledge regarding the purpose, calling, and missionary context, integrating this teaching with spiritual life in order to form firm convictions and a clear understanding of the role of the missionary.

3. Practical Training and Character Development
Practical experience occupies a central place. Through concrete acts of service, the student is both challenged and shaped in character, cultivating values such as humility, patience, teamwork, self-denial, commitment, discipline, obedience, and a readiness to serve—producing real impact and fostering comprehensive spiritual growth.
